Who we recruit

Careers across the three divisions.

HEXATECH careers span engineering, commercial, advisory, and operations. Division I work is customer-delivery-oriented and travel-active across Kosovo and Albania; Division II is compliance-intensive and requires clearance-suitable backgrounds; Division III is programme-delivery-oriented, often with donor-project travel across the Western Balkans.

Current openings

HEXATECH does not currently have public openings to advertise. We accept speculative applications across all three divisions — engineering, commercial, advisory, compliance, and operations — and keep qualified CVs on file with the applicant's consent under our Privacy Notice.

When public openings are issued, they will be posted on this page and on the appropriate institutional channels, with role title, location, scope, and application deadline.

Roles we recruit for

HEXATECH careers typically span:

  • Division I — Public Safety & Civil Protection. Technical sales, service and parts coordination, application engineering, and customer-training delivery. Field-active across Kosovo and Albania.
  • Division II — Defence & Security Solutions. Compliance-intensive roles, including counterparty due diligence, end-user verification, and export-control administration. Background-suitability requirements apply.
  • Division III — Advisory & Capacity Building. Programme management, monitoring and evaluation, procurement and logistics support, and institutional-capacity advisors. Donor-programme delivery experience valued.
  • Group functions. Compliance, finance, quality and HSE, data protection, and corporate operations.
