Who access is for.
Access to the Partners Portal is granted to institutional parties with a verifiable relationship to HEXATECH and a documented reason to access materials beyond what is published on the public site. Eligibility falls into four categories, set out in the Partners Portal explainer:
- Institutional customers and prospective customers — public-safety, defence and security, and Advisory programme commissioners engaged through tender, framework, or commissioning processes.
- Authorised partners and suppliers — OEM partners, specialist sub-contractors, and integration partners collaborating with HEXATECH on specific transactions.
- Banks, IFIs, and donor-programme reviewers — counterparties conducting due diligence on HEXATECH for facility, programme, or counterparty-onboarding purposes.
- Defence-track institutional contacts — verified contacts in defence, security, and homeland-protection institutions where the materials concerned engage HX-POL-02 sanctions and export-control screening.
Verification does not confer any commitment by HEXATECH to transact with the counterparty. Materials accessed through the Portal are subject to the confidentiality, retention, and revocation provisions documented in the access grant. Some materials — notably defence-track Tier 3 materials such as named customers, specific configurations, performance data, pricing, and end-user certificates — are communicated bilaterally under written confidentiality instruments only and are not exposed in the Portal even at Elevated tier.
What access provides.
After verification, access is granted to partners.hexatech.biz — a separate subdomain, technically independent of the public site, operating under an authentication regime with named-user accounts, multi-factor authentication, confidentiality undertakings, and access logging.
What you can access depends on your assigned tier (Standard, Enhanced, or Elevated) and the materials category your engagement justifies. The full tier matrix is documented in the Partners Portal explainer.
Compliance documentation
Full text of the seven Group compliance policies; Records of Processing Activities summary; sanctions and export-control register summary.
Due-diligence materials
Beneficial-ownership disclosures; jurisdiction classification rationale; integrity questionnaires; materials normally requested in a bank or IFI assessment.
Technical and commercial
Detailed product and capability specifications, integration documentation, commercial materials not appropriate for open publication.
Engagement working files
Project-specific documents shared with named counterparties for the duration of an engagement, with access removed at engagement closure.
Verification process.
- Application. You submit the form below with institutional identity, your role, an institutional email address, and a brief statement of interest.
- Compliance screening. HEXATECH's Compliance Officer performs the four-way check — counterparty / jurisdictional / item-classification / end-use — set out in HX-POL-02 §4.1.
- Institutional verification. We verify your affiliation through direct contact with your institution, or through recognised institutional-identity channels.
- Account provisioning. On successful verification, we provision a named individual account with multi-factor authentication and send you access credentials through a secure channel.
- Confidentiality undertaking. You accept an electronic confidentiality undertaking at first sign-in.
- Annual re-verification. Accounts are re-verified at least annually, and earlier where circumstances warrant.
Applications are acknowledged within two working days. Standard-tier applications typically complete within five to ten working days. Enhanced and Elevated tier applications typically take two to four weeks. Applications that cannot be verified or that do not meet eligibility receive a courteous written response and are retained per the applicable retention schedule.
