Scope.
The Code of Conduct applies to every HEXATECH person — employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, and any third party acting on behalf of HEXATECH — and to every transaction, engagement, and interaction conducted in the HEXATECH name.
Principles.
- Legality. Act in accordance with applicable law in every jurisdiction.
- Integrity. Deal honestly with customers, partners, suppliers, colleagues, and regulators.
- Compliance. Observe HEXATECH policies and procedures, particularly Anti-Bribery, Sanctions and Export-Control, Data Protection, and Supplier Code.
- Respect. Treat all people with dignity. No harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
- Safety. Protect the health and safety of personnel, customers, and the public in every operational context.
- Confidentiality. Protect HEXATECH and counterparty confidential information; handle personal data in accordance with the Data Protection framework.
- Conflict of interest. Declare and manage conflicts of interest transparently.
- Accountability. Own the work; raise concerns; report suspected breaches.
Specific commitments.
- No bribery, corruption, or facilitation payment (see Anti-Bribery Policy).
- No transactions that violate sanctions or export-control regimes (see Sanctions & Export Control).
- No facilitation of re-export or diversion outside declared end-user.
- No misrepresentation of HEXATECH capability, partnerships, or credentials.
- No political contributions in the name of HEXATECH.
- No use of HEXATECH resources for personal benefit beyond defined limits.
Breach.
Breach of the Code is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, termination of third-party agreements, and — where warranted — referral to authorities. Retaliation against a person reporting a breach in good faith is itself a breach.
