Application.
This Supplier Code applies to every supplier, OEM partner, subcontractor, consultant, and agent doing business with HEXATECH. Compliance is a condition of supplier qualification and of commercial contracting.
Requirements.
- Legal compliance. Comply with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction of operation.
- Anti-bribery. Observe anti-bribery standards equivalent to HEXATECH's, including no facilitation payments.
- Sanctions and export control. Comply with applicable sanctions and export-control regimes; cooperate with HEXATECH screening and verification.
- Labour standards. No forced labour, no child labour, freedom of association, non-discrimination, fair wages, and safe working conditions. ILO core conventions observed.
- Health and safety. Safe working conditions for workers; appropriate training and PPE.
- Environment. Comply with environmental law; manage environmental impacts; continuous improvement.
- Data protection. Handle HEXATECH and counterparty personal data under appropriate safeguards and contractual terms.
- Confidentiality. Protect HEXATECH and counterparty confidential information.
- Conflict of interest. Declare and manage conflicts transparently.
Conflict-mineral and responsible sourcing.
For transactions where conflict-mineral or responsible-sourcing standards are material, suppliers cooperate with HEXATECH due diligence in accordance with OECD Due Diligence Guidance and applicable regulation, including EU Regulation (EU) 2017/821.
Enforcement.
HEXATECH reserves the right to audit supplier compliance, require corrective action, and terminate commercial relationships for material or persistent breach. Suppliers who escalate concerns through HEXATECH's whistleblowing channel are protected under the same principles as HEXATECH personnel.
